    Fight Ready's Wrestling Program is divided into two groups; the kids program is for ages 5 to 14 years and the adult class is for all members older than 14 years. The program is based in the fundamentals of wrestling, regardless of style. Whether a beginner or advanced wrestler goal is to give all members the techniques and confidence it takes to become great athletes. Join us as we grow Arizona's next State Champions and All-Americans while creating opportunities to compete at the collegiate level. With practice and dedication anything is possible.

At Fight Ready our fast-paced Cardio Kickboxing classes allow members to get an intense full body workout that burns 800+ calories per/hour while learning basic boxing and kickboxing techniques. It is a great way for students of all skill levels to increase their cardio vascular strength and master self-defense techniques that can be used in real world situations. What sets our Cardio Kickboxing Classes apart? The way Fight Ready classes are structured, you feel as though you have your own personal trainer. Our Cardio Kickboxing instructors are professionals who understand the technical details behind every punch and kick, from the very basics to advanced techniques used at the professional level. Each student is given individual attention to ensure they are learning proper technique. Students learn to use functional kickboxing techniques in real life situations by doing a combination of heavy bag work and partner drills. Learning to gauge distance and effectively land a punch or kick is most effective when working with a partner (not by solely striking a stationary target).
