For members 16 years and older looking for a unique and challenging cardio workout, Fight Ready Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness offers Cardio Kickboxing classes. Cardio Kickboxing is a high intensity cardiovascular workout that combines basic kickboxing techniques with dynamic conditioning exercises.

At Fight Ready our fast-paced Cardio Kickboxing classes allow members to get an intense full body workout that burns 800+ calories per/hour while learning basic boxing and kickboxing techniques. It is a great way for students of all skill levels to increase their cardio vascular strength and master self-defense techniques that can be used in real world situations.

What sets our Cardio Boxing Classes apart?

The way Fight Ready classes are structured, you feel as though you have your own personal trainer. Our Cardio Kickboxing instructors are professionals who understand the technical details behind every punch and kick, from the very basics to advanced techniques used at the professional level. Each student is given individual attention to ensure they are learning proper technique.

Students learn to use functional kickboxing techniques in real life situations by doing a combination of heavy bag work and partner drills. Learning to gauge distance and effectively land a punch or kick is most effective when working with a partner (not by solely striking a stationary target).

During partner drills our qualified instructors demonstrate a boxing/kickboxing combination prior to each round. Students then take turns executing the combination. They also tackle conditioning exercises between rounds when instructed, to keep their minds focused and their muscles challenged.
